THINGS TO DO IN PHALABORWA: For the spectators there are night drives, day drives and bush braais in the Kruger National Park, a leisurely booze cruise on the Olifants River, tour of the Amarula Lapa where Amarula Cream Liqueurs are made from the local Marula fruit, cultural tour including a visit to a traditional healer and tribal dancing or simply shopping at Bollanoto Tourism Centre. Action junkies can opt for a morning or full day walk in the Kruger National Park, micro light flights, horse riding, elephant back safaris or even the visit to the Amarula Lapa can turn into an action adventure – depending on how much tasting of the Amarula Liqueurs is being done!: MOZAMBIQUE: Tailor made packages to Mozambique and the Greater Trans Frontier Park are also available or you can hire a 4x4 for a self drive experience.

Directions

As you approach Phalaborwa follow the signs to the Kruger National Park gate. (On the way you will see many signs to Daan & Zena s B&B) This brings you onto Hendrik van Eck drive which runs into the KNP gate. Go through 4 way stop, through 3 way traffic light. At next traffic light (SPAR on right hand corner) turn left. Keep left. Turn left into second street on the left - Birkenhead street, No.15 is half way up the block on left hand side.
